To become a working woman was the dream of my teenage till the inception of my graduation. I have spent enormous day and nights out of my studies finding out suitable business for woman. This research leads me to learn a number of courses along with inspiring me to take part in a lot of extracurricular activities to hone my communication skills.However, when I actually entered the world of my dream office; I came across a variety of issues related to work force diversity. This was the time when I blamed my situations, my personal capabilities, and the organization I was associated with.
In order to resolve the matter, I kept on changing my work places to acquire the comfort and enthusiasm to have job satisfaction without compromising my values. I also read a lot on employee motivation strategy and observed them to be followed by the corporate in a very ugly manner. When I was completely shatter from within and highly dissatisfied with my career graph, I came across business women association. Surprisingly, I met a lot of women via this platform who were sailing in the same boat. For the first time, it was discovered that I was not alone and my issues are not due to any personal malfunction.
Infect, somewhere along the line each working woman face the same issues that I have come across in a working life span. With a great surprise, I found that these organizations help working women to go back to school and finish their graduation by facilitating them with the grants for working women. I take a breath then, because I always wanted to finish my graduation that I was not able to finish due to family responsibilities.
What is more, these firms are also helpful to find out supportive employment for the women that are not able to work in the offices. This was the ground-breaking news for me. This is because from this note, I came to know about the alternatives to work from home. Eventually, writing blogs for a range of sites made me a woman working at home. Today, I am living my dream life in real sense. I have come across all the problems related to women and work issues. Now, I am my own boss. I have no time limits to earn my bread and butter. On the contrary, I have empowered workforce because I have a lot of clients and a lot of work for me.
Consequently, I have gone through a workforce development training to flourish my business.Apart from getting benefited in my own personal and professionallives, I have also spread the awareness within the community. No one could believe that today I have a brand new family comprised innumerable working women as a part of business women network. Whether it is a matter of wage issues, or sexual harassment the organization we have formed has a solution for each problem.
